Kirsty has been working in the fitness industry for over 8 years and started her own business K2Bfit over 6 years ago as she met many people who preferred to exercise from their own home due to various reasons including lack of time, confidence and childcare. In March 2018 K2Bfit was rebranded as BodyFit Revolution to reflect the new opportunities we have to offer.

Qualifications - Level 2 Fitness Instructor, Level 3 Personal Trainer, Exercise Referral Instructor, Spin Instructor, ETM Instructor, Burlesque Instructor, Raw Food Nutritionist, Life Coach and Body Confidence & Wellbeing Coach.

Kirsty Bartholomew

After spending nearly a decade working in Sales, Administrative and Executive roles, Kirsty knows what truly drives a successful business. Kirsty is currently on her own weight loss journey after getting into fitness 2 years ago and has so far lost 2 stone, so can really relate to her clients who are on the same journey. Kirsty’s favourite way to exercise is to box your way to fitness via our BoxFit classes which run twice a week.

Kirsty is a mum of 3 and has been into her fitness for many years, she also enjoys cooking healthy meals and has had an amazing weight loss journey, going from a size 14 to a size 8. Kirsty knows how hard it can be but also knows what it takes to hit your weight loss goals. Kirsty also teaches and manages various fitness classes and likes to keep exercise fun. She also loves using weights within her workouts.
