    Club, Core & Drum Fit

    Club - high intensity aerobics style which will help you lose weight and get fitter. Have fun and workout to well-known songs. 

     

    Core - This part of the class uses your body weight to strengthen and tone your core. You will also improve your flexibility during the stretching part of the session which will help prevent injuries.

     

    Drum - Using drum sticks you will drum your way fitter to well-known songs. This part of the class is a great fat burner due to the resistance of the drum sticks and will help tone the whole body.

    Urban Fit

    A revolutionary exercise class helping you to lose weight, build strength, tone up and improve your fitness all in 1 class. Our aim is for you to have fun whilst working out! The 45 minute class includes 30 minutes of trampoline time doing various moves followed by 15 minutes in the urban rainforest where you’ll swing your way to a healthier, stronger, fitter you!

    Weights Based Circuits

    This class is a great way to lose weight, tone and strengthen your whole body!

     

    Our weights based circuits includes free weight training using dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells and medicine balls. We will work with you so you know how to lift weights correctly. We have a range of weight options so whether you’re a beginner or have lifted weights before this class is suitable for everyone.
