CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

 

URBAN FIT
A revolutionary exercise class helping you to lose weight, build strength, tone up and improve your fitness all in 1 class. Our aim is for you to have fun whilst working out! The 45 minute class includes 30 minutes of trampoline time doing various moves followed by 15 minutes in the urban rainforest where you’ll swing your way to a healthier, stronger, fitter you!

 

CLUB, CORE & TONE
There’s cardio, there’s core and there’s muscle toning in this full body exercise class, we use resistance bands to help burn fat fast, tone your muscles, improve your mobility and more. This class is great for first time exercisers or those who have been exercising for years as there are various resistance band options giving you a slightly easier or more intense workout.

 

BOOT CAMP
Be pushed to your limits in this intense class that is sure to get you results! Using various equipment this class will work your whole body.

 

BOXERCISE
Boxercise is based on the training concepts boxers typically use to keep fit, which includes boxing movements, shadow-boxing, skipping, hitting pads, press-ups, shuttle-runs and sit-ups among other exercises. It is a great way to burn fat, tone and improve fitness.

 

DRUM FIT
Drum yourself fit to well known songs in this faced past exercise class, tone the whole body whilst burning fat fast.

 

BODY BLAST
A HIIT class which is sure to get your heart pumping. This cardio based class is an excellent way to burn fat, improve your fitness and tone your whole body. 

 

CIRCUITS
Transform your body with this high intensity interval class. You will do set exercises from 30 seconds - 2 minutes each before moving on to the next exercise. You will burn fat fast, improve your fitness and tone your whole body.

 

DISCO FIT
